Welcome to EPY!

Evansville Power Yoga is proud to be the only tri-state studio authorized to teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga™. Our instructors are trained and certified by the Baptiste Institute—the recognized leader of power vinyasa instruction and methodology. We train regularly each year with the Baptiste Institute, and we bring what we learn to every class at EPY. Our teachers teach with honesty, integrity, strength, and humor—and we encourage and challenge our students to bring the same into their practice.

At Evansville Power Yoga, we offer a variety of classes geared toward different experience and fitness levels. Our teachers are trained to bring students to their highest potential. We look forward to meeting you, and being part of your yoga journey.

What is Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga?

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga isn't a sequence of poses. It's a method of teaching that brings power and transformation to the student. Baptiste Methodology™ uses physical practice, meditative focus, and active inquiry to help students reclaim their full physical and mental potential. Baptiste Methodology™ helps students awaken passion, create authenticity, confidence, and new possibilities in their life and practice.

Baptiste Yoga™, available only at EPY, will not only strengthen, stretch, and transform the body, but will transform the mind and spirit as well.
